Slip65 at Clippership Wharf is a collection of 80 luxury condominiums located on the East Boston Waterfront developed by Lendlease. Marketing campaign had a nautical theme and was inspired by the backdrop of the East Boston Waterfront and views of the Boston skyline.

Marketing campaign was a success, resulting to 50% of the building selling in 2 days and 80% of the building selling within 4 weeks. Record breaking prices were set for East Boston, with units as high as $1.5 million.

Prism Award won for Best Print Brochure, Film, Digital Marketing Campaign, Marketing Event, Advertising Campaign and Showroom/Sales Center.
