Siena Condominiums at Ink Block is a 76-unit luxury condominium project developed by National Development at Ink Block in Boston’s vibrant South End. The aim of the marketing and sales strategy developed for Siena was to highlight the high-style architecture and design with first-class, hospitality-inspired amenities, as well as all the benefits of Ink Block, which is home to Whole Foods, yoga and cycling studios and high-end restaurants. It is also within close proximity to the boutique shops, restaurants and culture of Boston's most stylish neighborhoods.

Marketing campaign was so successful that it helped the team to successfully sell 50% of the building with an impressive average of $1,200/square foot and an upwards of $1,500/square foot.
